Partners for Leadership draw on 25 years of experience of working with potential leaders on a two-to-three-year path to a strategically important position in their organisation. We are delighted to partner with them to strengthen our leadership development capability.
Young Enterprise is a national charity who specialise in enterprise and financial education, empowering young people to harness their business and personal skills.
Windsor Leadership specialise in providing experience-led development programmes for senior leaders, at Windsor Castle. The programmes focus on facilitated learning in a peer-to-peer environment. They challenge leaders to think differently, explore their own leadership style and consider the wider impact of their leadership.
Sustainable Success Essay Competition in collaboration with Young Enterprise
Each year, Telos teams up with Young Enterprise to invite young leaders of the future to take part in its annual essay writing competition.
Young people aged between 14-18 are invited to enter the competition by submitting a piece of writing addressing a particular challenge.
The winning entries are announced at the Young Enterprise company programme final. The winner receives £1,000 and up to four hours of mentoring and coaching with a Telos Partners consultant, with the second and third-placed entries winning £500 and £250 respectively.
