In 2023 we announced our decision to merge with JGA - the UK’s largest independent multi-service provider of commercial, cultural and engagement services to the Employee Ownership (EO) sector. Almost 1 year on, and we are stronger, more effective and delivering even better value for our clients. 

 

By combining JGA’s unrivalled experience of EO transitions with Telos’ deeper experience of larger multinational clients, we are drawing on our diverse experience and capabilities to enable more organisations to realise the potential of EO.

Building a Growth Mindset Culture

We partner with Matthew Syed Consulting as we share the same belief that a Growth Mindset is key to revolutionising business performance and unlocking potential. Matthew Syed Consulting was founded by best-selling author and influential thought-leader Matthew Syed. Through a synthesis of leading psychological research and industry best-practice, his team developed several psychometrics and frameworks of proven tools and innovative strategies that empower organisational development and accelerate business outcomes.​​​​​

​​Their Growth Mindset psychometric is Mindset Advantage. It evaluates individuals and teams against core traits and company culture characteristics, which are underpinned by scientific research. After answering a series of psychometric style questions, which take approximately 15-20 mins to complete, it produces report-based results that enable performance improvements at all levels. A number of our consultants are trained to provide the special blend of reviewing the results and helping you to create strategies to improve your Growth Mindset. 

The above case study provides a example of how we use this to further the collaborative to achieve organisational goals in challenging times.
